❶Polyforte C/A double-component concrete hardener agent brief

Our company is the first domestic manufacturer to independently develop and produce sealing curing agent. In response to the current status of domestic concrete, a two-component seal curing agent, namely C/A agent, was developed. C/A double-dose type, deep curing, is quite effective for hardening loose concrete, and is highly praised by the industry. The total construction area has exceeded 6 million square meters. To seal the solidified floor, I believe that the main consideration is that the ground will not be dusty in the future use, and it will not be sanded. Do not bring down the work caused by maintenance and renovation, and stop production. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a good brand of curing agent and a relatively sufficient amount.

❷The concrete floor that has been sanded and reinforced with hardener agent, which can suitable for resin flooring again?

（How is the bond strength between the two? Is it will delaminated? It is assumed that the bond strength can be, but is the strength of the concrete after the hardener agent is strengthened enough to resist the shrinkage of the resin floor? How thick is the thickness of the concrete that the hardener cures the osmotic reaction?）

There is a high risk of delamination for epoxy on concrete floors that are not ground or hard to grind. Therefore, how to effectively strengthen the concrete base layer and prevent epoxy delamination is a big problem.

Since the emergence of domestic seal curing agents a decade ago, this problem has been solved relatively effectively, because the C/A agent series like Polyforte exists to solve the problem of loose concrete.

As early as 10 years ago, our company's engineers have done relevant experiments, and the results show that:

1 Epoxy on the surface of the fully hardened concrete, which can not be shoveled from the edge with a shovel. The strange thing is that the epoxy is forced on the emery from the edge and partially dropped. It can be seen that the epoxy is adhered to the surface of the sealed solidified concrete, and the adhesion is sufficient.

2 From the above results, it can be inferred that the surface strength of the fully hardened concrete is at least similar to the strength of the corundum surface. Therefore, there is no need to worry that the coating resin will pull the reinforced concrete surface.

3 As to how deep and thick the infiltration is, depends at least on two conditions: a. The degree of looseness of the concrete, the deeper the looser concrete seeps. We have tested it, for extremely loose concrete, the penetration depth is as high as 3-4cm. b The amount of material used is small, and the amount of seepage is shallow. C We recommend that assurance enough material make sure the ground to get the best results.

❸About the fading problem of colored emery

1 Colored emery normal color :green/red/blue/yellow colors

2 Where green is a composite color.

3 Only green made with iron green will fade, while green with chrome green will not fade.

4 The green of iron green does not fade after using our C/A agent to seal the curing agent. For our limited experience, there is no problem for ten years.

❹What’s the construction cost of the Polyforte hardener agent?

The cost of hardener agent is mainly related to the following two factors: 1 Original ground: mainly the degree of looseness and flatness and roughness. The more looser, the more materials are absorbed, the more laborious it is to grind, and the more difficult it is to make a very beautiful look. 2 Customer's relevant requirements: mainly reflected in appearance factors such as matte, semi-bright and bright light.

We used to do old epoxy floor renovation, 2mm thick epoxy, the bottom concrete is extremely loose. Finally, the abrasive cost is 15 yuan per square meter, the artificial 12 yuan, the curing agent 1.2Kg, it takes a lot of effort to do well.

We have done super flat corundum ground, artificial: about 3 yuan, abrasive: about 1.2 yuan, curing agent: 0.3Kg (C / A agent double component form), if it is a single component form, less than 0.2Kg.

As can be seen from the above extreme examples, the cost of different grounds can be up to about 5 times. Therefore, it is necessary to see the pricing. The line of hardener agents is far more complicated and interesting than the refurbishment of stone.

❺ The use of the Polyforte hardener agent in the case of the construction period.

1 Under normal conditions, the concrete can be used normally after 28 days of curing.

2 However, specific to the Polyforte hardener agent, we recommend that after laying on the concrete, sprinkle water for 7days after 24 hours (single water every morning and evening, conditionally spread the water, close the window, avoid wind and sun. )

3 After 7 days of curing, stop spraying water. After drying for 3 days, the hardener agent can be normally applied. During this period, the ground can be finished.

4 The above is the fastest speed in the case of the rush period.
