Product Description

Concrete hardener agent component C/A

An odorless, non-toxic, non-inflammable water-soluble solution that seals, cures, hardens and dustproof the floor. This premier formulation does not peel off or age like organic polymer products formulated by epoxy resin, PU, or wax. This curing and sealing agent effectively permeates into the concrete and reacts with the chemicals to form a uniform structure which permanently seals the concrete and protect it from moisture and other contaminants. This treatment increases the density of the concrete which also improve the surface sheen, surface hardness and stain resistance of conventional concrete. It provides long lasting protection to the floor that eliminates the need for floor polishes and minimizes the effort and cost of maintenance.

SPECIAL FEATURES

1. Increase intensity of concrete by 40%, provides surfaces with superior abrasive resistance properties

2. Surfaces get newer and brighter over time

3. Excellent protection against moisture, staining

4.Gloss and hardness do not reduce slip resistance

5.Forms a solid structure with the concrete that hardens the surfaces, will not peel or flake

6. Reduces the appearance of foot prints and tire tracks

7. Long-lasting, effective up to 15 years.

8. Low maintenance, surfaces can be easily cleaned with water.

Manual

1.Ground surface treatment: Remove old painted layer, metals and cement residues. Repair cracks and fill holes, grind surface to flat.

2.Dilute Polyforte component C with water in the ratio of 1:3-1:6, and then evenly spread the diluted component C on surface. Keep surface remain moist. If the layer dehydrates and becomes sticky, add water onto surface. Immerse surface in water for minimum 4 hours, afterwards grind surface and remove extra component C. Wash surface and leave to dry.

3.Spread Polyforte component A on surface and mop evenly. Keep surface remain moist. Add appropriate amount of water onto surface if surface looks whitish to dissolve crystalized chemicals due to dehydration. Immerse surface in water for minimum 4 hours, afterwards grind surface and remove extra component A. Polish surface lastly.

Above presents the basic procedure. Methods and consumptions of material might varied due to different surface circumstances. For example, to the loose surface, the component C should be diluted in ratio of 1:3; additionally, repeat step 2 and 3 in order to have required hardness.

Attention

1.The surface must be completely dry before immerse in hardener. With sufficient amount of hardener applied, let surface immerse for a long time to soak up the chemicals well.

2.The surface must be cleaned without any residuals before move to next step after apply component C.

3.Once start applying hardener onto surface, it should not stop in the middle until the final cleaning step is finished.

4.Treatment methods and consumptions of materials are different based on initial surface flatness, hardness, and customers’ acceptance criteria.

5.The working temperature for hardener should be in the range from 0 to 50.
